1 c Sugar
½ c Margarine
1 c Pumpkin (pureed or canned)
½ c Raisins
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
2 c Flour
1 tsp vanilla
Drop by tsps on cookie sheet. Bake at 375˚ 8 to 10 minutes.
This recipe makes a nice soft cookie. Grandma Iverson used to send these quite often when the kids were young.
