½ c Soft butter
½ c Sugar
½ c Brown sugar, packed
1 Egg
1 can (about 9 oz) Crushed pineapple
1-1/2 c Rolled oats
1 c Flour
½ t Soda
½ t Salt
½ t Cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
½ c Chopped walnuts
Cream butter and sugar. Beat until light. Add egg and beat well. Add pineapple, oats, sifted dry ingredients, and nuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375˚ oven about 15 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
