Brown Sugar Drop Cakes

Sift 1 c dark brown sugar. Add to it 3 Tbls bread flour.

Whip until stiff:

2 egg whites (2 whole eggs may be used.)
1/8 tsp Salt

Fold in the sugar mixture
2 c whole or chopped pecan meats (may be omitted)
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla

Drop the batter from a teaspoon well apart on a greased tin. Bake the cookies in a moderate oven (350˚) for about 7 minutes.

Pretty good. Use plenty of grease on pan.
