Judy’s Bread

4 c White flour
½ c Honey
1-1/2 c Dry milk powder
3-1//2 c Warm water
3 Tbls Yeast
1 Tbl Salt
1 stick Margarine

Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Add 3 eggs and mix.

Add and start using a spoon when necessary:

4 c Whole wheat flour
½ c Soy flour
2/3 c Wheat germ
(1/2 to 1 c oatmeal; ¼ to ½ c bran, 3 Tbls Brewers Yeast)

Stir, Knead 20 minute so ½ hour. Use white flour at this point. Grease bowl. Let rise until double in size, when finger marks stay. Punch down and roll over. Let rise ½ time, until double in size again. Put in greased bread pans. Rise. Bake 30 minutes at 350˚.
