Cranberry Crunchies

1 c Uncooked rolled oats
½ c Flour
1 c Brown sugar
½ c Butter
1 #1 can Cranberry sauce (jellied)

Mix oats, flour, and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with a dull knife until the mixture is crumbly. Place half of this mixture in an 8×8 inch greased baking dish. Cover with all the cranberry sauce. Then spread the rest of the mixture over the top. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot or cold, topped with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Hint: Spray pan with Pam.
