My recipe for granola is always changing depending on what I have on hand, but here is the basic recipe.
4 cups quick oats
1 cup wheat germ
1- 2 cups nuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried mango
Mix oats, wheat germ, nuts and spices. Heat honey and peanut butter over low heat. Mix together and combine well.
Lay out evenly in 2 shallow baking pans. Bake for 30 minutes at 300˚, stirring every 10 minutes. After it has baked, add dried fruit and allow to cool. Store in airtight container in fridge.
