3 c Self-rising flour 1 12-oz can Beer 3 Tbls Sugar 1 Egg (optional)
Stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into buttered 9x5x3” loaf pan (or muffin pans). Bake at 425˚ 20 minutes.
