Shave one pound dark sweet chocolate and melt in double boiler. Let chocolate stand and cool. Before it sets, add one cup chopped roasted almonds. Spread on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Use table knife, stroking back and forth to create a tree bark design. Place in refrigerator for two hours.
