Cole’s Favorite Corn Bread

1 c Yellow cornmeal
1 c White whole wheat flour
¼ c Sugar
4 t Baking powder
½ t Salt
1 c Milk
¼ c Oil
2 Eggs

Heat oven to 425˚. Grease 8″ or 9″ square pan. Blend all ingredients, about 20 seconds. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
