Squash and Apple Bake

Preheat oven to 3500

Layer these into a 9 x 13 inch pan:

2 lbs. butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into ½ inch slices
2 apples cut into ½ inch slices (sometimes I peel them, sometimes I don’t)

Stir these ingredients together and pour on top of the squash and apples:

½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
1 T flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon

Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 50 – 60 minutes.
