2 lbs. Chicken wings (minus the tips)
2 T Hot sauce
2 T Olive or Canola oil
½ c Whole wheat flour
1/3 c Louisiana jalapeno lime wing sauce (available at www.brucefoods.com/mystOre/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=545&idcategory=3)
Preheat oven to 400˚. Line cookie sheet with foil. Put wings in medium size mixing bowl. Add hot sauce. Add olive or canola oil. Toss wings to distribute hot sauce and oil evenly. Coat with flour in a one gallon zip lock bag. Spray vegetable oil on cookie sheet. Distribute wings on cookie sheet. Spray wings with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn wings and bake additional 30 minutes. Transfer wings to medium mixing bowl. Add Louisiana jalapeno lime wing sauce.
