Potato Puffs

3 Potatoes, cooked
1 Tbl Butter
Cream, to moisten
1/2 tsp Salt
Dash Nutmeg
Egg, beaten
Cornflakes

Mash potatoes with butter, cream (if necessary), salt, and nutmeg. Mixture should be quite firm. Divide into separate mounds, roll in egg, then in cornflakes. Bake in 350˚ oven about 15 minutes.
