Potato-Cheese Casserole

6 Medium cooking potatoes, cooked and sliced into ¼” slices

Blend in blender or food processor:

2 c Low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbls Whole wheat flour
1 Packet Ranch dressing mix
½ c Non-fat milk

Arrange potato slices in a 9×9” non-stick baking pan and pour cottage cheese mixture over potato slices. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350˚ oven 20 minutes.
