2 large cloves Garlic, minced
4 tsp Finely chopped ginger
½ Red pepper flakes
3 Tbls Sesame oil
4 tsp Brown sugar
3 Tbls Soy sauce
Combine the ingredients in a bowl, then pour over drained, sliced tofu or steamed tempeh. Gently push the pieces around so all are covered. Refrigerate until ready to use. Grill or broil, using the extra marinade as a sauce.
This makes a good marinade for tempeh for a stir-fry.
