¾ c Bulgar
1-1/2 c Boiling water
Vegetable or chicken bouillon or seasoned salt to taste

Lemon juice

***

Shredded carrot
Chopped green, red, yellow pepper
Chopped onion
Black beans or Garbanzo beans

Pour boiling salted water over bulgar, let stand an hour, as per directions on package. Drain well. Pour lemon juice over. Mix in. Add vegetables and beans. Mix well. Adjust seasonings.
