Macaroni Salad

2 cups elbow macaroni
½ tsp. seasoned salt
¼ tsp. seasoned pepper
2 T oil
2 T vinegar
½ cup chopped onions
celery
cubed ham
shredded cheddar cheese
cooked peas
mayonnaise

Cook macaroni. Drain. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. Stir. Add the other ingredients.

(I lost this recipe, so I just kind of wing it when I make it. You can use as much of the ingredients as you want—start with 1 cup each of the celery, ham, cheese, and peas. If you don’t like it, add more. Start with a little mayo and keep adding it until it’s the way you want it. You can also leave the ham out to make it meatless.)
