1-1/2# Ground beef
½ c Chopped onion
½ c Chopped green pepper
1 tsp Seasoned salt
1 pkg Chili seasoning mix
1 can (1#) Tomatoes
1 can (12 oz) Whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (3-1/4 oz) Small pitted ripe olives, drained
1 c Yellow cornmeal
1 tsp Salt
2-1/2 c Cold water
1 c Grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in a skillet until crumbly. Add onion, green pepper, seasoned salt, chili, seasoning mix, and tomatoes. Combine thoroughly. Simmer ten minutes. Add corn and olives. Mix to combine. Spread mixture in 2 quart oblong baking dish. Combine cornmeal, salt, and cold water. Cook until thick, about 15 minutes. Spread cooked cornmeal over beef mixture evenly. Bake at 350˚ for 40 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 5 minutes longer.
