1 c Flour
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbls Finely chopped green onions
1 tsp Parsley
Salt & Pepper
½ c Melted butter
2 dozen Chicken wings
Sesame seeds
Cut chicken wings into two parts, discarding wing tips. Mix flour, cheese, onion, and parsley. Salt and pepper the wings. Coat wings with melted butter, then with flour-cheese mixture. Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Bake in 350˚ oven for one hour. It is not necessary to turn wings.
