6 Pork chops
2 Tbls Chopped onion
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 c Tomato juice
1/3 c Rice
1 tsp Salt
ΒΌ tsp Pepper
Brown pork chops in hot fat, add onion, green pepper, and tomato juice. Sprinkle rice around chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat until chops are tender, about 1 hour. Remove chops and arrange on platter. Fill center with rice mixture.
