Hot Chicken Salad

2 c Cubed cooked chicken or turkey (or 2 6-1/2 oz cans tuna)
2 c Thinly sliced celery
2 c Croutons
1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ c Chopped or slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbls Lemon juice
2 tsp Instant minced onion
½ tsp Salt
½ c Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 450˚. Mix all ingredients except 1 c of the croutons and cheese. Spoon into six 1-c baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or till bubbly.
