Honey Sauce Chicken

2 (3 lbs) Fryers, cut up
2 c Flour
½ c Bread crumbs
4 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
¼ c Paprika
1-1/2 c Butter (Divided)
½ c Honey
½ c Lemon juice

Roll chicken in combined dry ingredients. Melt 1 c butter in 13x9x2” pan in hot oven (400˚). Arrange chicken in single layer in pan; turn to coat in butter.

Bake 30 minutes skin side down in hot oven (400˚). Turn chicken. Mix ½ c butter (melted), honey, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes or until tender, basting frequently with honey sauce.
