Chicken Breasts

½ c Mayonnaise
¼ c Grated parmesan cheese
2 T Prepared mustard
4 Boned and skinned chicken breast halves (6 oz ea)
2/3 c Crumbs

Mix mayo, cheese, and mustard. Measure out 1/3 c and refrig. Brush both sides of chicken with remaining mixture. Coat well with crumbs.

Put in greased baking pan. Bake in 400˚ oven 20 minutes or until brown and tender.

Serve with reserved mayo mix for dipping.
