Baked Ham Slice

1 Center slice ham, 1” thick
1 Tbls Butter
½ c Brown sugar
½ c Finely ground soft bread crumbs
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 c Pineapple juice

Cut fat in several places around edge of ham slice; place slice in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; heat to boiling and pour over ham. Bake uncovered in slow oven (300˚) about one hour. Baste occasionally.

Serves 4 to 5
