Spaghetti with Beef

6 oz Spaghetti, cooked
3 slices Bacon, minced and cooked over a very slow fire

Add:

¼ c Chopped onion
2 Tbls Olive oil
1/2# Ground round steak

Cook the meat until it is nearly done.  Add:

2-1/4 c Tomatoes (No. 2 can)
½ c Chopped green peppers
1 No. 1 can Mushrooms, chopped or 1/2 to 1# sautéed fresh mushrooms, sliced
Mushroom liquid
Salt
Cayenne
Paprika
½# (2 c) Grated cheese

Add the cooked, drained and rinsed spaghetti. If the mixture is dry, add ½ c stock or canned bouillon. Steam it in a double boilder or in a mold for 1 hour.

About 2-1/2 quarts
