Brown ¼ ground beef per person (or 1/3 c crumbles) with chopped onion and garlic. Mix in a Tbl of flour or two with enough beef bouillon to make a nice gravy. Add a package of frozen mixed vegetables and simmer till warmed through. Spoon into a 1-qt casserole, top with mashed potatoes, and bake at 350˚ oven 20 to 30 minutes.
