Salisbury Steak

1-1/2 c Ground chuck
¾ c Raw quick-cooking oats
¼ c Chopped onion
2 tsps Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 Egg
½ c Tomato juice

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. On rack of broiler pan, gently shape meat mixture to resemble 1-1/2 thick porter-house steak. Broil 4 inches from heat. For medium-rare steak, broil 7 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on other.
