Salmon Loaf

1# can Salmon
½# can Tuna fish
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
¼ tsp Paprika
¾ tsp Salt
2 c Milk

Remove skin and bone from salmon. Break fish into small flakes. Add to other ingredients and turn into buttered mold. Set in pan of hot water and bake in 350˚ oven until done—approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Make white sauce and add a box frozen peas to serve over the salmon loaf or use a can of celery soup as a sauce for the loaf.
