Oven Omelet

2 Eggs
¼ c Milk
1/8 tsp Seasoned salt
¾ oz Chopped ham, bacon, or corned beef
¼ c (1 oz) Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp Instant minced onion

Heat oven to 325˚. Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt. Add meat. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased individual casserole dish. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. Put bacon in oven at the same time as the omelet if you plan to have it on the side.

Serves 1
