4 Five-ounce frozen Rock lobster tails
Boiling water
2 Tbls Salt

Plunge frozen lobster tails into large kettle of salted boiling water. Return to boiling; boil, covered, 6-8 minutes. Drain and serve with dip.

Dip

¾ c Bottled low calorie Italian dressing
2 Tbls Lemon Juice

Combine dressing and lemon juice, stirring to mix well.

Low calorie (180 calories per serving)
