Individual Mexican Pizzas

Use soft tortilla shells for the crust, one per person. Heat in flat-bottomed pan, flip, heat through.

Spread a layer of refried beans mixed half and half with salsa, however hot you like it.

Layer on browned ground beef (1/4# per person) or crumbles.

Top with chopped lettuce, shredded carrot, shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, diced tomato, sliced black olive, whatever.

Drizzle with taco sauce.

Relatively easy, a good hot-day supper.
