Hummus

1 15-oz. can Garbanzo beans
4 Large cloves of garlic
Some bean juice or water
1/4 c Tahini
Half a lemon or more
dash Salt
Olive oil, if needed

If you use dried garbanzos, presoak and cook them. Put all ingredients in the food processor and mix until nice and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

Serves 6-8
