1 # Ground beef
1 c Diced Celery
½ c Diced onion
1 Tbls Brown sugar
1-1/2 Tbls Vinegar
½ tsp Dry mustard
¾ c Catsup
2 Tbls Flour

Brown meat, onion, and celery. Add other ingredients; simmer about 20 minutes. Serve between toasted buttered buns.
