1 bag (20 oz) Frozen broccoli cuts (thawed and drained well (3-1/2 cups)
12 oz Sliced boiled ham, cut in 2×1/2” strips (about 2 cups)
12 oz Coarsely shredded Swiss cheese (3 cups)
1 loaf French bread (about 9-1/2 oz), cut diagonally into 16 slices, each about 1-1/4” thick
6 large Eggs
3 Tbls Dijon mustard
2 c Milk
3 Tbls Instant minced onion
½ tsp Hot pepper sauce
½ tsp Paprika
Lightly grease 13×9 inch baking dish. Toss broccoli, ham, and cheese together. Spoon ½ mixture evenly in baking dish. Arrange bread slices slightly overlapping in baking pan in 2 long rows on top. Top with remaining broccoli mixture. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350˚ 30 to 45 minutes.
