Deviled Eggs

Hard-cooked eggs
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Chopped celery
Chopped bacon or Bacos
½ tsp Dry mustard
Ranch dressing or Mayonnaise (enough to moisten)

Cut hard-cooked eggs in halves. Slip out yolks. Mash yolks with fork. Mix in rest of ingredients. Refill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly.

Sprinkle tops with paprika or chopped parsley.
