Breakfast Casserole

2 c Diced ham (sausage, bacon, etc)
½ c Green Pepper, chopped
½ pkg Chopped broccoli
3 c Diced French bread
1 c Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 tsp Flour
1 Tbl Dry mustard
3 Tbl Melted butter
4 Eggs
2 c Milk
Dash Tobasco Sauce

Grease 10-12” quiche pan. Add ham and green pepper. Layer broccoli, bread and cheese. Blend everything else. Stand at least 15 minutes to overnight. Bake at 350˚ 20 minutes.

A good company brunch casserole. Leftovers are good the next day, too.
