Brownies (no sugar, flour, or eggs)

1 c (6 oz pkg) Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2/3 c (1/2 can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 t Vanilla
Few grains Salt
1 c Chopped walnuts

In top of double boiler, place over simmering water, melt chocolate. Stir in milk. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into 8”x8”x8” pan lined with greased wax paper. Bake in 375˚ oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Turn out of pan unto cake rack. Eel off paper. Cool. Cut into 2” pieces.

Brownie Variations

For variety: Add ¼ c chopped marachino cherries to batter and ¼ c chopped nuts to batter.

For frosting, melt one box of chocolate chips and spread on baked brownies.

For a special dessert, top with cherry nut ice cream.
