1 Recipe “Dinner Rolls”
¼ c Butter, melted
½ c Raw sugar
1 Tbl Cinnamon (or more)

Grease 2 round cake pans. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon. Prepare the dough for 1 recipe Dinner Rolls. After second rising, roll the dough out into a rectangle about 9” x 18”. Brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar over the butter. Roll the dough jelly-roll fashion into a cylinder about 18” long. Cut the roll into 1” slices. Place the slices, cut side down, fairly close to each other in the cake pans. Cover with a clean dish cloth and allow to rise until about double in bulk. Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Bake 25 minutes or until brown.

A shortcut: Make this up without any risings. Get it into the pans. Let sit (covered with a damp cloth) on the kitchen counter 8 hours or overnight. Bake.
