1 rack of ribs
13-15 peices of bacon
Bbq sauce
Honey
Apple juice
Dry pork rub & maranade seasonings
Apply desired dry rub(s) to ribs. Seal and refridgerate overnight to marinate.
In the morning, apply honey and bbq sauce (I usually use Famous Dave’s Devil Spit sauce) to maranated ribs. Ribs should be sticky enough to wrap with bacon now. Secure with toothpicks if desired. Pour 1/4 inch or so of apple juice to roasting pan. Add bacon-wrapped ribs to pan.
Cook in oven at 225º for 7-8 hours (or longer if you have time).
After done in oven, sear on grill for a few minutes to crisp up bacon.
