Tacos

2 lb ground beef (or ground pork or turkey)
1 medium onion
2 tbspns chilli powder
3 teaspoons ground cummins
1 teaspoon tony cacheries
4 oz. hot taco sauce
16 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Shells / tortillas

Toppings:
Shredded Mexican cheese
Lettuce
Sour cream
Hot sauce / salsa

Brown meat, drain fat. Dice onion, add to meat. Add chilli powder, cummins, other spices(?). Cook 7 minutes, medium low heat to soften onions a little, keep bottom moving. Add tomato sauce, taco sauce and water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 13 minutes, stirring occasionsally.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over tortilla, microwave tortilla for 20-30 seconds. Add taco meat, lettuce, sour cream, and desired sauce/salsa. Wrap and eat.
